On cool desert nights, sit outside & enjoy my beautiful balcony with stunning skyline views of JLT and downtown, including views of Dubai Marina skyline, Burj Al Arab & Burj Khalifa in the distance.

You have full access to all shared facilities such as the gym, outdoor swimming pool & your own car parking space.

My home is just a short hop away from the new Dubai Hills Mall & all the wonderful eateries in Studio City, Motor City, Sports City, the Els Club & Trump Club. Jump in a taxi and you’ll be in JLT, Dubai Marina, Mall of Emirates & downtown Dubai in roughly 20-25 minutes. Fire Lake & Hessa Street Kitchen at the Radison, a grocery store & medical clinic are within walking distance. But if you’re planning a night in, take advantage of the wide selection food choices found on Talabat, Deliveroo & Zomato.
