Interaction with Guests

Our office working hours is everyday from Sat. to Thursday from 9am - 5:30pm.
However our hosts are available 24hrs and in case of any emergency or assistance during your stay.

Other Things to Note

Please Note the below:

1- tourism Dirham Tax of AED 10/ room/ night and VAT 5% are not calculated in the rental rate and will be charged separately

2- We require passport copies for each guest in order to submit them to the DTCM

3- Please note that if your check-in / out timing is between 6:00pm & 8:00 AM, there will be an additional charge of USD 27 or AED 100

4- Guests are requested to sign a rental agreement before check in

we can only allow small cats and dogs to be specific the size should not exceed, for dogs 15CM - 110CM and for cats 23CM - 25CM (We would also like to request a picture of your pet). Only 1 pet allowed per apartment.
We charge Pet deodorizing fee

The Neighborhood

The Downtown Views Tower is a nice, modern tower with 24hrs security, modern facilities and is only 10 minutes walking distance from the main attractions of Downtown Dubai.

Getting Around

It is very easy to take a taxi from downstairs, guests can also walk to Dubai mall metro station to catch the metro
